The Northlander™ is sold as a complete finished package with a floor or as a kit. A kit is a great way to save $$$, but you will need to build the floor and assemble it (estimate 1-2 hours.  

THIS KIT INCLUDES: Canvas Shell, Hardware and Framwork, and Complete Instructions.  You will need to provide plywood for the floor and assembly.
